- Participated as part of a specialised legal team in the preparation and management of files relating to more than 5,300 employees of Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), including the analysis of legal issues related to social protection and retirement matters.
- Practising law and appearing before the courts since 2016, including case preparation, review and analysis of facts and supporting documents, drafting legal memoranda and applications, developing legal arguments and defences, and managing and following up on judicial proceedings.
- Practising in the field of commercial arbitration as an Accredited Commercial Arbitrator, with a particular interest in commercial dispute resolution mechanisms and the preparation of related legal opinions.
- Participated in workshops at the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs alongside Dr Awad Al Harmali, including mock court exercises and practical applications for court-accredited experts concerning the role and presentation of expert evidence in litigation.
- Participated in the Law and Medicine Conference and its accompanying seminars, which addressed topics including medical liability and the specialised adjudication of medical malpractice cases. He served as one of the principal participants in the conference’s mock court proceedings, acting as counsel for the appellant (a physician) who had been convicted at first instance in the simulated case.
